Tapasya helps a person to remain calm and prevent losing inner happiness. One should practice tapasya and develop the quality of being neutral and unaffected by circumstances. A person who lives in happiness and remembers his values, practices tapasya, will never behave irresponsibly.


Get used to being lost in happiness all the time


If someone gets used to being immersed in happiness all the time, being lost in happiness all the time, then even a curse becomes a blessing for him. It does not harm him. There are some people who do not get along with anyone due to their personality and habits. Such people may not get along with their family members as well. They are not able to perform well at their workplace as well.


Try to discipline yourself with yoga: Yoga helps us move from suffering to gratitude and helps us live in harmony with others and ourselves. Sometimes you come across a person who does not hurt anyone. He easily mixes with others. He knows how to be one with everyone. But there are some people who never get along with others. You have to learn how to adopt humility, how to be real and natural. By doing this, a person becomes cordial.


Overcome Ego


Work on your temperament, overcome ego and keep yourself as calm as possible so that you can behave sweetly with others and with yourself! Lord Krishna says, Anudvega Karma Vakya Satyam Priyahitam Cha Yat Udvegakari. One should follow strictness of speech: harsh, provoking or inciting words should not be spoken. One should always speak sweet, polite, civilized and useful words for others. Be an ascetic of the body, be an ascetic of the heart and mind also.


How will you be an ascetic of the heart? They say you should be humble, mild-natured and cheerful. Make it a habit to smile, be happy and cheerful all the time. Develop the habit of doing good to others. Tapasya of the mind means you should have pure feelings, kind and sweet emotions in your mind.
