Donations to VJM are eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to applicable laws.
Donors will receive an official receipt for claiming such benefits.
Tax exemption is available only on the registered name under which the donation has been received.
Project-Specific Donations
If a donation is earmarked for a specific project and that project is canceled or discontinued, VJM will contact the donor to provide options, which may include:
Reallocation of the donation to another project or initiative of the donor’s choice, or
Application of the donation towards the next scheduled program.
No General Refund Policy
All contributions to VJM are considered voluntary donations.
Once received, donations are non-refundable, as they are immediately directed towards ongoing charitable activities and welfare programs.
We kindly request donors to contribute after careful consideration.
Reallocation of Donations
Donors may choose to allocate their contributions towards specific initiatives, such as:
Mid-Day Meal Program
Kanya Atmanirbhar Abhiyan
Disaster Relief & Rehabilitation
Other ongoing projects of VJM
In case reallocation is needed, VJM will honor donor preferences wherever possible.
Recurring / Autopay Donations
Donors may opt for recurring donations through autopay/standing instructions.
The donation amount will be deducted automatically on the scheduled date each month.
Donors may cancel recurring donations at any time by notifying their bank or the relevant payment platform.
Failed transactions: If a donation fails due to insufficient balance or technical error, VJM is not responsible for any bank-imposed charges.
Bank liability: If extra amounts are deducted due to banking/payment gateway errors, liability rests with the respective bank/payment provider, not with VJM.
Registrations for VJM events are treated as voluntary donations towards our charitable activities.
All donations made for event registrations are non-refundable, including in cases of cancellations, no-shows, or early exits.
If a participant is unable to attend, VJM may, at its discretion, allow re-registration for a future event (within 6 months), subject to seat availability and applicable guidelines.
Event registrations are non-transferable unless specifically permitted by VJM.
Once purchased, books are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless received in a defective or damaged condition.
Requests for replacement must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof.
Shipping delays caused by courier/logistics partners are beyond our control.
Registrations for VJM courses are considered voluntary donations supporting our charitable initiatives.
All donations made towards course registrations are non-refundable, including in cases of cancellations, withdrawals, or mid-course dropouts.
Course registrations are non-transferable unless specifically permitted by VJM.
If a participant is unable to attend, VJM may, at its discretion, allow re-registration in the next available batch, subject to seat availability and applicable guidelines.
VJM reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify events/courses as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, participants may opt for re-registration or a refund, subject to conditions.
For online services (courses/events), technical failures on the user’s end (internet/device issues) will not be grounds for refund.
This Privacy Policy supplements, but does not replace, existing national data protection laws. Where local law requires stricter provisions, such laws shall prevail.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
We may update this Privacy Policy, Terms, and Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of our Website constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
