Program related information

  • Participants may arrange their own travel to and from the Varanasi pilgrimage site or opt to travel via the Mission by paying the requisite contribution fee.
  • Details regarding the designated hotel or guest house for participants' accommodation in Varanasi will be communicated one week prior to the commencement of the spiritual camp.2
  • Participants arriving independently must reach the designated location in Varanasi by the afternoon of December 9, 2026.
  • For those arriving from outside Delhi and utilizing the Mission's Volvo bus service, arrangements for accommodation and meals at the Delhi ashram will be provided.
  • Participants traveling to Varanasi by bus from Delhi must arrive at Ananddham Ashram, New Delhi, by 6:00 PM on December 8, 2026; the buses will depart for Varanasi from the ashram at 8:00 PM that same day. The bus will reach Siddhidham Ashram, Kanpur, at 5:00 AM on December 9, 2026, and—following breakfast—will arrive at the final destination, Varanasi, at 2:00 PM.
  • On December 13, 2026, following the morning meditation session and a meal, the buses will depart for the return journey to Delhi. They will reach Siddhidham Ashram, Kanpur, at 8:00 PM; after dinner, the buses will leave for Delhi, arriving at Ananddham Ashram, Delhi, at 5:00 AM the following day, December 14.
  • Arrangements will be made for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and morning and evening tea throughout the journey, the stay in Varanasi, and the return to the Delhi ashram.
  • First-aid facilities will be available during the camp.
