By using www.vishwajagritimission.org (the “Website”) or the official VJM mobile application (the “App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with any other policies or documents referred to herein, including our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Website.
If you are using the Website in the course of your work or business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.

These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 15th August 2025 and replace all prior versions.
VJM may update these Terms at any time to comply with legal or regulatory requirements or reflect changes in services.
Any updates will be notified on the Website.
If you are a subscriber:
Changes take effect from your next subscription donation, unless otherwise notified.
If you do not agree to the changes, you must cancel your subscription.
If you are not a subscriber, changes become effective immediately upon notice.
In exceptional circumstances, VJM may cease publication of the Website or its subscription services. In such cases, subscribers may be refunded the value of the unexpired period of their subscription.
All content on the Website (articles, images, videos, logos, designs, databases, etc.) is the intellectual property of VJM or its licensors.
Intellectual property rights are not transferred to you when you access or use the Website.
You may:
View the Website for personal use on compatible devices (PC, laptop, smartphone, tablet, etc.).
Print single copies of articles for personal use.
Share links to articles using the Website’s built-in tools.
Use search/spidering technology to link to the Website, provided you respect these Terms.
Publish online the original VJM headline, link, and first 140 characters of an article (not the full text).
Forward the headline, link, and first 140 characters of an article to individuals.
If you produce summaries of VJM content:
Clearly attribute VJM as the source, with a hyperlink to the original article.
Do not use summaries to promote or endorse products/services.
Stop creating summaries immediately if notified by VJM.
Failure to comply may result in withdrawal of your rights to use VJM content.
Websites or services may link to vishwajagritimission.org provided they comply with the following:
They may display the VJM logo (subject to brand guidelines) but must not otherwise use trademarks without prior written permission.
They may link to the homepage and other pages in compliance with Section 2.
They must not:
Imply endorsement by VJM or misrepresent their relationship with VJM.
Remove, distort, or alter the VJM logo.
Infringe intellectual property or other rights.
Host unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
Host content that is incompatible with the ethos of Vishwa Jagriti Mission.
Present false information about VJM or its Website.
VJM reserves the right to withdraw linking permission at any time.
You must NOT:
Reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or exploit Website content without prior written permission.
Create a substitute product or service using VJM content.
Remove or alter copyright/trademark notices.
Use VJM’s content, images, or videos for commercial purposes without a license.
All rights, title, and interest in Website content remain with VJM or its licensors.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
If you subscribe to Website services, donation payment confirms your agreement to these Terms.
Subscription benefits, renewals, and cancellation rights are governed by the applicable subscription terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Donations to VJM are eligible for tax deductions under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
Tax exemption is available only on the registered name under which the donation has been received.
Project-specific donations: if the project is canceled, VJM will contact donors to offer a refund or reallocation.
No general refund policy: donations cannot usually be refunded upon request, except under exceptional circumstances.
Donors may request allocation of donations to specific causes (e.g., Mid-Day Meal Program, Kanya Atmanirbhar Abhiyan, Disaster Relief).
VJM reserves the right to reallocate funds if a project is canceled or altered.
Registrations for VJM events, workshops, or courses are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
VJM reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events or courses. Registered participants will be notified, and refunds or credits will be provided per the Event Policy.
Book sales or digital course purchases are final unless defective or not delivered.
If Website features require registration, you must provide accurate and current information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your username and password.
You must notify VJM immediately of unauthorized use of your account.
You must not impersonate others or provide false information.
You may not use the Website to:
Post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive content.
Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
Harass, abuse, or exploit minors or vulnerable persons.
Send spam, chain letters, or unsolicited promotions.
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
Engage in criminal, fraudulent, or tortious activities.
Operate a site/service with content incompatible with VJM’s ethos.
If users are allowed to post comments, testimonials, or other content:
Contributions must comply with these Terms.
They will be treated as non-confidential and may be reused by VJM.
VJM may remove or refuse any user submissions at its discretion.
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”.
VJM does not guarantee:
uninterrupted or error-free access,
freedom from viruses or harmful code,
accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content.
VJM is not liable for damages of any kind arising from use of the Website.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VJM, its trustees, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from your misuse of the Website or breach of these Terms.
VJM shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or technical failures.
VJM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India, unless otherwise specified by law.
If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining Terms remain enforceable.
Failure by VJM to enforce a right or provision does not constitute a waiver.
