Awaken the energy body with the grace of the Guru

‘Pind chhudana’ has two meanings, firstly to distance oneself from an unwanted person and unwanted work, the second meaning is spiritual, the igniting of the light of consciousness in the conscious body in this human body given by God. In Guru Gita, the meaning of the body is Kundalini Shakti (Mooladhar), which is the base of the human body. It can also be called the ‘seed’ centre of the body. Kundalini is also called the body of divine energy. That is why the body is meaningful only when the light is awakened in the body.

The awakening of this conscious light is the second birth of man, the spiritual birth. Because of this second birth also, man is called Dwij. To become a Dwij is a matter of courage. That is why only a few people get the title of Dwij in life. Brahmins and birds are also called Dwij. Because they have two births. A bird has one birth when it comes out of its mother's womb in the form of an egg and the second birth is when it comes out of the egg as a bird. Teeth also have two births. One is of milk teeth and the other is those which come when they break. The power that helps a person in his second birth is the Guru.

Sadguru gives a new birth to a person

Just like an egg came out of the mother's womb, but the life of the egg is useless until it emerges from that egg in the form of a child. Similarly, milk teeth cannot sustain life, for this real teeth are needed. Similarly, a person has got birth from his parents, but it is useless to continue life in the same form, hence Sadguru gives a new birth to a person, only then life becomes meaningful. This is the real life, in this the person remains awakened. This awakening will also be called awakening in physical and spiritual terms.

Although a normal man becomes awakened in his intellect, but when consciousness comes in him, only then he is called a real man. But leaving the body is a matter beyond this. This awakening is possible only through the Guru element. Then the entire body of a person, including every atom and the heart, awakens at a different level. He is filled with infinite love.

In this state, the soul of the person calls out. And he experiences the Sadguru element. He starts experiencing a sweet feeling, the world's greatest power of love, in every person, in every particle and sees Sadguru as a hope to live with him every moment, a belief arises in the mind.

Similarly, with the grace of the Guru, the power flame of Kundalini is lit. In this state, whenever the Sadguru sends blessings to the disciple, then the gods and goddesses also send their blessings along with him, the Guru tradition, ancestors, all start making that disciple happy. This is the second birth of a human and leaving the body.
