Let your forehead loose and become calm! Bring a feeling of pure happiness on your face, peace in your mind, bring to mind the blessings of the Supreme Lord! Bring to mind the gifts given by Him! Bring to mind the Lord's trouble-shooter form, bring to mind the protection and safety provided by Him on numerous occasions, bow your head with gratitude and bow to the Lord, request, O mercy-holder, mercy-holder, almighty, omnipresent, omniscient Lord, please accept our respectful salutations, you have many names! People call you in many ways, in many manners, in many methods! They meditate on you, worship you.

By whichever name, with whichever feeling, in whichever way a person connects his heart, his mind to you! Your grace starts flowing towards him. O mercy-holder, we pray to you!

May we make our valuable life valuable! May our thoughts be pure, may our thoughts be good, may our deeds be good, may we make every moment, every second good, may we live our life in a planned manner, may we be blessed with wisdom, may we be happy, joyful, full of love, may we welcome each day with a smile, may we perform our duties well.
