His Holiness Shri Sudhānshu Ji Mahārāj is the divine idol of this era.
He has mesmerized his devotees through his words and has captivated their minds through his dulcet voice. The sermons and bhajans by Him have an everlasting effect on the audience.

His gentle smile, ever-giving nature, pleasing and attractive personality and practically implacable yet impactful and everlasting discourses have changed several lives for the better.
His Holiness Shri Sudhanshu Ji Maharaj descended on this earth to define the real meaning of religion; to awaken the powers lying dormant in human consciousness and to sound the bugle of human welfare.
During the course of his long and extensive journey he saw the rejected and dejected old people, orphans and the poor along with a very large majority of people leading a life of illusions and meaningless conventions. This touched him deeply and stirred in him an urge to bring a change and do something for the masses. He thought of serving them through awakening their consciousness and thus unlocking the most latent energy of their self-confidence. This thought of human service inspired Sudhanshuji Maharaj to establish Vishwa Jagriti Mission on 24th March 1991 in New Delhi. The motto was ‘Reconstruction of Indian society’ based on the best ideals of Indian culture.
ध्यान-तप के महान प्रयोगी संत आचार्य सुधांशु जी महाराज
ध्यान तप साधना के बीच जो जीवन पुष्पित-पल्लवित होता है, उसकी आभा-ओजस्विता से सम्पूर्ण जगत आलोकित हो उठता है।
ऋषि प्रणीत परम्पराओं के पक्षधर आचार्य सुधांशु जी महाराज ऐसे ही संत हैं। बचपन से ही घर-परिवार का मोह छोड़कर गुरुकुल में गुरु के सान्निध्य में ज्ञानार्जन किया। विद्यालय-महाविद्यालयों की शिक्षा के उपरान्त सामाजिक सेवा करते हुए आप ध्यान योग की ओर अग्रसर हुए। उत्तरकाशी में योगीराज पूज्यपाद स्वामी सदानन्द जी महाराज की कृपा से आपकी ध्यान में प्रगति हुई। समय-समय पर आप ध्यान सिद्धि हेतु उत्तरकाशी हिमालय के त्रिशूल घाटी में कोशानी क्षेत्र में हिमाचल के किन्नौर व कुल्लु से रोहतांग क्षेत्र में तथा अन्य पर्वतीय क्षेत्र में साधना करते हुए आत्मबोध को उपलब्ध हुए।
तपस्या साधना और ध्यान पर जो दैवीय कृपा आपने प्राप्त की उसका परिणाम है कि आपने ध्यान प्रयोगों के माध्यम से लोगों के जीवन में प्रभावशाली सुखद परिवर्तन दिया है।
लोगों को चमत्कारिक लाभ प्राप्त हुए हैं। जनसामान्य आपकी वाग्मिता से परिचित है। अब तक आपने वेद, उपनिषद, गीता आदि ग्रन्थों पर 7000 से अधिक प्रवचन दिये हैं। आपके संदेशों के माध्यम से निराशा के बादलों के मध्य छिपे मानव मन को आशा की सूर्य किरण ही नहीं मिली बल्कि स्वयं के जीवन को सूर्य सम तेजस्वी बनने का मार्ग मिला है। मनुष्य अनेक सम्भावनाओं से युक्त जीवन का स्वामी है। यदि उसके भीतर छिपी प्रतिभा और शक्तियों को जागृत किया जाये तो वह अनुपम और अतुलनीय हो सकता है।
मनुष्य अनेक भौतिक उपलब्धियां पाकर भी अशांत है, उद्विग्न है। कुछ ऐसा है जो उसे नहीं मिल पाया।
वह अनन्त प्रेम, अनन्त शक्ति और अनन्त शांति तथा पूर्ण तृप्ति की तलाश में है। वह जिस अमृत को खोज रहा है वह कहीं बाहरी जगत में नहीं मनुष्य के स्वयं के भीतर है और उसे पाने का मार्ग ध्यान है और ध्यान नक्शे से, पुस्तकों से नहीं अनुभवी गुरु, पथ प्रदर्शक से ही मिलेगा।
गुरुदेव सुधांशु जी महारजा विगत 28 वर्षों से ध्यान का आनन्द लेते हुए तथा साधकों को देते हुए अनेक प्रयोग कर रहे हैं आपने भारत के साथ 11 देशों में ध्यान के कार्यक्रम दिये जिनसे साधकों को आशातीत लाभ हुए हैं। आपने उद्गीथ ध्यान, अमृत ध्यान, ब्रह्मयोग ध्यान, महायोग ध्यान, आत्मयोग ध्यान, डिवाइन ब्लिस मेडीटेशन, आदिनाद ध्यान, मंत्रशक्ति जागरण ध्यान, वरदान सिद्धि ध्यान, चान्द्रायण तप एवं ध्यान, प्रार्थना योग ध्यान दिये हैं। इन ध्यान साधना के साथ आपने पावर हिलिंग की प्रभावकारी विधियां भी सिखाई है।
साधकों पर ध्यान प्रयोग 1992 से सामान्य साधकों के लिए भी ध्यान शिविर लगाये हैं। जो अधिकांश निःशुल्क ही रहे। चुने हुए तीन सौ साधकों के साथ हिमालय के उच्च शिखर बद्रीनाथ गये। आलौकिक ध्यान कार्यक्रम हुआ और इसके बाद आप रामनगर, नैनीतल पर्वत वन और नदी तट पर साधकों के साथ ध्यान कराते रहे। ऋषिकेश गंगातट, धौलाधर पर्वत शिखर के आंगन, व्यास नदी के तट पर साधना धाम आश्रम, कुल्लू मनाली में आपके अनेक सफल शिविर हुए जो प्रतिवर्ष अबतक चल रहे हैं।
इन दिनों आप दो ध्यान प्रयोग ऑनलाइन साधकों को दे रहे हैं। कोई भी वयस्क स्त्री-पुरुष इसमें भाग ले सकता है।
नवजीवन साधना (New Life Meditation) और जीवन आनन्द साधना।
नवजीवन साधना-जीवन को नया रूप देने के साथ आत्मिक अनुभूति और ईश्वरीय कृपाओं को प्राप्त करने की साधना है। यह जीवन के लिए नव वसन्त की तरह है जो आपको नवीन, तरोताजा, उल्लासमय और रसमय बना दें, जिससे आप परम के संगीत से जुड़ जायें। यह साधना एक वर्षीय साधना है जिसे सरलता से किया जा सकता है।

The Birth of a Noble Being
Dr. Archika Didi’s divine spirit came into existence of this physical and spiritual world by the grace of His Holiness Shri Sudhanshuji Maharaj, her father. She has been brought up with love and divine knowledge. Getting the best education, along with divine spiritual knowledge; she became a well placed doctor and completed two doctorates in “Alternative Medicines” and “Yogic Sciences”; realizing her main motive in life, to heal what’s on the inside and not merely what’s on the outside, via meditation and yoga.
With a serene heart, open mind, and calm persona, Dr. Archika Didi creates an aura of metanoia. Known for her tranquil touch of hearts, she accepts everyone who comes under her shade to attain the spiritual enlightenment and peace; to fall into a routine of fitness and sort their intangible mind’s mess to get rid of social anxiety and achieve positive attitude in life. She shouldered the responsibility to free the troubled souls from the worldly web of mess – materialism, vengeance, ego, pride and power, to lead them on the path righteousness and walk you through the dense forest of worldly desires by carrying you through the thorns of life and teach you to conquer every challenge with a brave heart.

The term “Didi”, in India is to denote an elder sister or a sister figure. It is out of respect that we do not call our elders by their names, but with denoted designations.
Dr. Archika, chose to be called as “Didi” for being like an elder sister for the masses, and she supports like every elder sister promises and be a mother-like figure.
We turn to our sisters for guidance and advice; Dr. Archika Didi being a sister guides many on the righteous path and gives out advices which are most valuable for the lost siblings. Leading them on the path of meditation, spirituality and yoga, Dr. Didi guides them towards a healthy lifestyle, with a proper nutritious diet and adopting natural healthy things to consume instead of imported expensive food items; following ayurveda and naturopathy, utilizing the resources and experiencing the best of nature.
Daughter to disciple
Dr. Archika Didi’s divine spirit came into existence of this physical and spiritual world by tHer father, His Holiness Sudhanshuji Maharaj, has also graced her by being her Sadguru, she is ever so grateful to The Almighty for this revelation. She being named “Archika”, meaning to pray and to be lost in meditation mood, the name is quite fitting. Dr. Didi had the best companion disguised as her father, her only true Sadguru. Walking through all the hardships in life, she never has been afraid to move forward in life and she never had to look back to be sure of her father being her support.
The guidance of a Guru, the support of a father, and the love of both combined, she has been blessed by the Almighty by getting it all from one divine man, her father, her Sadguru, His Holiness Sudhanshuji Maharaj. Turning a disciple, a daughter realized her Sadguru’s grace and the divinity installed of the universe, she has been brought up with love and divine knowledge; where every step was led by her father guiding her on the true path of life, a daughter turned into a disciple with this progress in life.
