The lunar cycle has a significant impact on the mind and body of human beings. With the waning phase of the moon, the Moon radiates certain Rajsic and Tamsic frequencies, because of increased exposure to the darker area of the Moon. Whereas, the waxing phase of the Moon signifies the renewal of the energy. Through Laghu Chandrayan Tap Sadhana during this time, you can adopt the positive qualities by focusing on your spiritual enrichment.
